Faculty Innovation Grant (FIG) 2023 & 2024

Nine faculty members awarded Faculty Innovation Grants

Nine Carthage faculty members have been awarded STEP 1 Faculty Innovation Grants.

This award, made possible by the Donald Hedberg Endowment for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, recognizes promising early-stage innovations that address problems or challenges facing a community. KUFI Farm.org’s Swiss Bee Chalet through a partnership with Dr. Angela Dassow of Carthage College received funding for a “teaching bee chalet” which will encourage study in this field of interest by STEM majors. https://www.carthage.edu/live/news/45413-nine-faculty-members-awarded-faculty-innovation
